Learn to play an instrument! Becoming a member of the band is not only musically enriching, it's also educational, fun, and rewarding.
Please check our website regularly for all Band notices and concert information. A great year of music involves students who are organized, prepared, and practicing. Congratulations to the HMS 7/8 Band, on their great performance at the State House on March 9! The band is shown here with Senator John Keenan, and Rep. Rhonda Nyman. Mark your calendars for the SPRING BAND CONCERT!!! All bands will be performing on April 26. The concert starts at 7pm, band students need to be in the Caf at 6pm. Concert dress is all black. If any student has a black HMS Band t-shirt, they may wear it in the concert. Instruments should not be left in school. Students should take their instruments home and practice their book and concert music.
